We currently ship Internationally – to most countries worldwide. If you’re unsure whether we ship to your location, please contact us at info@mulberra.co.uk.
All orders are processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, along with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping fees:
- Orders up to £29.99 = £4.95 delivery
- Order over £30.00 = Free delivery
Delivery is estimated within 7-21 business days.
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs, or holidays.
Mulberra is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it:
